POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Housing Programs Manager leads the direct services team for Family Housing Network (FHN), a housing program of Catholic Community Services Homeless Services division. FHN provides a continuum of services to vulnerable homeless families and children including Day Shelter, Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing, Coordinated Entry, Safe Parking, and Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF). This position oversees and leads the Rapid Rehousing, Permanent Supportive Housing, and Coordinated Entry Programs. The Supervisors of these three programs directly report to the Housing Programs Manager. This position ensures that 11 – 13 FHN staff, including case managers program supervisors, and periodic interns, have appropriate supervision, training, and support to meet internal CCS and external funder standards and expectations. The Housing Programs Manager assists staff with problem solving, resource management, and reviewing and auditing case files for ongoing quality assurance and training purposes. The Housing Programs Manager is responsible for overseeing and evaluating the safety of families and children in the program, providing on-call crisis intervention support to case managers and/or directly to families, and managing program budgets, including temporary financial assistance funds for client needs. This position works closely with the Housing Services Director to support the overall objective to achieve identified outcomes toward ending homelessness, while providing strength-based, tailored case management to the families in the Family Housing Network programs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Provide leadership to case management teams while promoting a cooperative, team environment including all FHN staff. Ensures that supervisors provide Training, supervision, and support for Family Housing Network case managers in various housing strategies to ensure ongoing growth in skill level and experience working with issues impacting homeless families with children and high-quality case notes, case files, and data input.
2) Monitor client eligibility, contract compliance, program goals for 5 programs of FHN.
